With that in mind, we have designed a valuable, comprehensive benefits package to meet the needs of our employees and their families.

Employees who work 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits.  “pool / per diem” employees and affiliates of National Jewish are not eligible.

Health Savings Account

Group Life Insurance and AD&D is provided at no cost to benefits eligible employees, up to 1 time your annual salary, not to exceed $500,000.

Voluntary Life Insurance is available to purchase for benefit eligible employees, their spouse and dependent children.

Voluntary Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance is available to purchase for benefit eligible employees and their families.

Long Term Disability

Additional Long Term Disability is available to purchase for benefit eligible employees.

Voluntary Retirement Plan 403(b) is available to all eligible employees.  You may begin making pre-tax contributions as early as your date of hire.

National Jewish Non-Voluntary Retirement Plan 403(b) will begin after 2 years of service.  You are not required to contribute any of your money in order to receive an employer contribution and employer contributions are immediately 100 percent vested.
