The Improving Cardiovascular Outcomes: The Next Era of Prevention conference will bring together leading national experts in cardiology, heart disease, and lifestyle medicine to address critical gaps in patient care. This 1.5-day hybrid event will focus on the latest scientific evidence, clinical innovations, and best practices for implementing patient-centered prevention and treatment strategies.

Welcome Reception – Title Sponsorship - $5,000: This premier event brings conference attendees together for an evening of food and drink in the courtyard at National Jewish Health. The exclusive title sponsorship includes acknowledgement in the reception welcome remarks, branded signage on food, beverage and dining tables and acknowledgement in the conference app.

Thursday Lunch Sponsorship – $3,000: Make an impression as the official lunch sponsor during the exclusive lunch break of the conference. Branded signage and displayed prominently at buffet tables and throughout the room. This sponsorship also includes acknowledgement in the conference app and in morning break announcements.

Thursday or Friday Break Sponsorship - $1,500: Sponsorship of a daily break for attendees includes signage on food, beverage and dining tables, acknowledgement in conference app and in-break announcements.

Friday Breakfast Sponsorship - $1,500: Start the day off right for attendees by hosting the morning breakfast. Branded signage and displayed prominently at buffet tables and throughout the room.
