Hi my name is Carson. I am Michael Hoyle's grandson. I want to share a few
things about how amazing my grandpa is. Number one, he makes the best tacos.
Number two, he's the best basketball player I know even though he's super old.
And number three, I love how he attends all my piano recitals just like the one
I'm going to right now.
I love my grandpa because every time we come,
well mostly every time we come, he makes delicious, delicious, and the best tacos
in the world. And he also always has candy like and treats and stuff for us
and he has a big pool and we get to swim in it a lot and that's why I love him.
I love my grandpa because he is really inviting for like the whole family to
like you know be together because we all usually group up you know at his house
that's where we often have our family you know like gatherings and he can
tolerate being around so many cousins which is great because I know I like
usually can't even tolerate being around so many kids and he also makes really
good tacos so that is really good. Yeah.
A few things about my father is that he's
one of my heroes. He's a hardest-working guy I know and he's very goal-oriented
but the wonderful thing about him is that as he pursues his goals he helps
other people along the way and helps them pursue their goals as well. He cares
deeply about his family. He's a great family man. I mean he's great at what he
does. He loves he loves people. He loves working with people. He's a great cook
and we all love his wonderful food that he makes for us and his jokes are
second to none.
My grandpa is a super generous and caring person. He always
puts others before himself and does what he can to help support other people and
he's got a great sense of humor.
Hey grandpa we love and appreciate you.
You're so generous and kind. You always put a smile on our face. Congrats!
Hi I
am Savannah. I'm one of grandpa's granddaughters and I'm so very proud of
him for getting this award. I think he's so cool he literally deserves every
single award there ever is because he started from the literal bottom and he
worked his way all the way up to the top. He's super inspirational and like as a
grandpa he's super nice and he always makes sure that the goodies are always
in the pantry and one really awesome memory I have of him is from when I was
like really little maybe eight. I went outside in the front yard and there was
it was during Christmas time and there was a grandpa wearing a full Santa
outfit and we sat in his lap and we were like we were telling him what we wanted
for Christmas and I really wanted a pet rat and he was like maybe you should ask
your mom. It was really funny.
My coil aka dad growing up he taught us hard work.
He always took an interest in us no matter what we were doing in sports and
he would always show up to our games and even coach us some of our sporting
teams. I remember he would get us up Saturday mornings and there would be
some kind of yard work to do and he would get me my brother out there and he
would usually cut the hedges or something and we would be the ones to
pick up the clippings and it instilled hard work into us and taught us you know
to no matter what we felt like that we needed to finish that task. Growing up
he would he'd always take time out of his day to play with us and we would he
would often walk around with the video camera and record us as kids in the yard
playing. I remember him playing basketball with us when he'd get home
from work and we'd turn the light on and play basketball in the driveway and I
remember watching many one-on-one games with him and my older brother and all the
smack talk that would go on and who's gonna beat who and no matter what he
would always be out there playing with us.
My coil taught me about charity over
the years. He was very charitable in his time and also in helping people out
whether they were family or friends or people that needed help he was always
willing to help them in whatever situation they were in and he would also
spend his time serving in the church and helping other people out in you know
doing physical work for them and that was always an example to me and how
he would help others and I just want to say congratulations dad I'm being honored
tonight you deserve it you're you're a great inspiration to me and my family
and congratulations.
Stop! Grandpa Hoyle is a nice kind and caring grandpa. I do yard work for my
grandpa and he takes me and when we sleep over at his house he gets his
donuts in the morning so that's him being charitable. Congratulations for being
honored at the black and white ball.
Grandpa is kind because when I have a
soccer game he takes time out of his day to come and watch me play.
Congratulations for being honored at the black and white ball. Say hi.
