Breathing and Relaxation

Woman embracing a sunny fieldRelaxation is the absence of tension in muscle groups and a minimum or absence of "inner chatter" the thoughts and worries that constantly go on in our minds. A person's relaxation level is often dependent on his or her breathing pattern. Therefore, people with chronic lung conditions may feel less relaxed due to any related breathing difficulties.
