Special Interests

I provide counseling and art therapy to children and adolescents struggling with their mental health. In addition to art therapy, I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and person-centered counseling. I enjoy helping young people use their innate creativity to feel good about themselves and face their challenges from a place of strength and self-compassion.
