  Considering I was ticked off at the amount of time I had to sit there waiting for my appt. And how short I was and abrupt I thought he did an excellent job diffusing the situation and taking care of my medical issues and I felt more than confident with his treatment plan, and I look forward to coming back! But I will NOT come in 30 mins early next time I might even arrive 15 mins after my scheduled appt time!

  I have been seeing dr. Stepp for a few years, initially for diagnosis and now for follow up in regards to maintaining my FAA medical. Dr. Stepp is very respectful and caring, and comes in already aware of why I am there, and is ready to help!

He was also not very creative or interested in suggesting how I might adapt to my diagnosis or how to manage daily activities.

  Dr. Stepp listened to the changes that has occurred in my asthma before and after recently having Covid. I had a plan in mind to get myself under control and Dr. Stepp listened and we came up with a plan of action for the next six months. I appreciate that Dr. Stepp is good about either himself or through his nurses communicating well through the portal to answer questions or make adjustments to meds.
