Questions to ask your health care provider about Stage 3 Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis

• Do I need to be careful about physical activity?

• Am I a candidate for a lung transplant? If so, what do I do?

• Are my vaccinations up to date?

• Should I enroll or re-enroll in pulmonary rehabilitation?

• Do I have pulmonary hypertension?
