Megan Hiles, MD, FACP
Megan Hiles, MD, FACP, is a prominent internal medicine physician with more than 10 years’ experience in her field. She believes in preventing disease before it requires treatment and has a particular interest in cardiovascular disease prevention. As the Director of Wellness and Prevention Clinics, Dr. Hiles instills her unwavering commitment to delivering compassionate, personalized medicine backed by science into this innovative concierge medical practice at National Jewish Health.
Dr. Hiles grew up in Parker, CO, and pursued her undergraduate degree in Biology at The Colorado College. She received her medical degree from Pennsylvania State University and completed her residency in Internal Medicine with an emphasis in primary care at the University of Colorado. She has held faculty appointments teaching medical students and residents at the University of Colorado, University of Hawaii and University of Kansas. She currently serves on multiple national committees for the American College of Physicians. Throughout her career she has been nominated for leadership and care awards and was named the Ambulatory Medicine Faculty of the Year in The Kaiser Permanente Hawaii Internal Medicine Residency Program in 2021.
Girish Paranjape, DO, ABFM, CAQSM
Girish Paranjape, DO, ABFM, CAQSM, is a well-established family medicine physician who has been practicing primary care and sports medicine in the Denver metro area for 25 years. He is passionate about keeping people healthy and active so they can get the most out of life. Dr. Paranjape believes in being a trusted advisor to his patients and restoring their whole health when they become ill or injured.
After completing medical school in Oklahoma, Dr. Paranjape moved to Denver to complete his post-graduate internship at Presbyterian/Saint Luke’s Medical Center. He then completed his residency in family medicine and a fellowship in primary care sports medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. He has served as physician for numerous high school and college sports teams throughout the Denver metro area, including serving as the University of Denver (DU) Medical Director and Head Medical Team Physician for 22 years. Dr. Paranjape also has held faculty appointments with the University of Colorado School of Medicine, Colorado Children’s Hospital and Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Rachel Gilson - Clinic Manager
Rachel is a registered dietitian, having spent the last decade in clinical care, specializing in enteral nutrition support. After obtaining her Master of Health Administration, Rachel sought to move into a more administrative role in the world of health care. With a passion for health and wellness, and a belief in preventative, personalized care, Rachel started her position as the Clinic Manager with the Wellness and Prevention Clinics at National Jewish Health. Despite living all over the country growing up in an Air Force family, Rachel calls Colorado home.
Tahlia Coleman, MA - Medical Assistant
Tahlia has been in the medical field for more than 20 years and joined National Jewish Health in 2019. She worked in the Interstitial Lung Disease and the Durable Medical Equipment programs before joining the Wellness & Prevention Clinics team in 2024. A Denver native, Tahlia has always called Colorado home.
