Need an itemized bill?

To request an itemized bill, please call 303-398-1565 or send a message via MyChart. Please include in your message, the patient's name, the account number(s) and/or date(s) of service. Please also let us know if you would like these mailed or put on your MyChart accounts. *Please note, that for dates of service prior to 05/01/2023, these will need to be mailed.   

Questions about how your insurance processed your claim(s)?

If you have received a statement and need to discuss the balance due, you can call and speak with one of our resourceful insurance representatives at 303.398.1565, or toll-free at 1.800.423.8891 x1565, weekdays, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. MST. You may also leave a message at the same number and your call will be returned within three (3) business days. You may be eligible to apply for Colorado Care Indigent Care Program (CICP), Hospital Discounted Care, Colorado Medicaid, CHP+ or the National Jewish Health Financial Assistance Program

Need to set up a payment plan?

If you would like to set up a payment plan, you can do this through your MyChart account for dates of service on or after 05/01/2023 or contact the patient billing office at 303.532.3735 or toll free at 855.715.1792.
