Most people are surprised to learn that lifestyle can affect almost any health condition.
Do you exercise regularly?
Thirty minutes a day is really a wonderful goal.
Eating well.
Eating more whole foods that are unprocessed and complete are always helpful.
And lastly, stress wreaks incredible havoc.
People who have higher stress have higher cholesterol, higher rate of heart attack and stroke, many different GI diseases, and of course, can have flair ups of many lung related diseases as well.
So combining those three things, again, is the key to improving one’s lifestyle in an effort to improve ones health.
