If visitors do provide email addresses, we do not rent or exchange those email addresses. email addresses provided by site visitors who contact National Jewish Health by completing the Lung Line email contact form may be provided to other departments within National Jewish Health. This is so those National Jewish Health departments may contact those visitors for hospital business purposes. Visitors are able to opt out of this contact on the Lung Line form itself if they do not wish to be contacted other than in direct response to their email request.
