Bonnie Mandarich has been involved with charitable and non-profit organizations for over 30 years in the Denver area. Her wide range of volunteer activities include National Jewish Health, Children’s Hospital, the Children’s Diabetes Foundation, Excelsior Youth Center, the Volunteers of American, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the Denver Hospice and also served on the Board of the Colorado Neurological Institute for 4 years.
National Jewish Health has been a focal point of her volunteer efforts. She was a founding member of “inSPAration”, an event first held in 2003 which raised over $300,000 for the institution for fighting diseases that affect women. In 2013, Bonnie was the Fund-A-Need Ambassador for the Beaux Arts Ball which raised $462,000 for the Lung Cancer Center. In 2017, Bonnie was a co-chair of the inaugural Mercedes- Benz of Denver “Rev the Runway Fashion Show” presented by Neiman Marcus and benefiting National Jewish Health. In 2018 she was an honorary Chair of the event.
Bonnie has a passion for children, philanthropy and research and is a member of the Charles C. Gates Society with the Children’s Hospital Foundation supporting the University of Colorado Medical Center, as well as The Cancer League of Colorado, among other organizations.
Bonnie was born in North Dakota. She was raised and educated in Wisconsin and came to Denver in 1979; she began her 20 year career in the Oil and Gas Industry as a Petroleum Landman, acquiring mineral rights for Oil and Gas Exploration activities in Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota and New Mexico. She then later became involved in the Real Estate Industry in the Boulder and Denver area for over 10 years.
Bonnie and her husband, David, were married in 2001 and reside in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado. She enjoys travel and is an avid skier, and keeping apprised of current events.
